I bought a pair of these after the original filter failed but I exceeded the filter change interval so not the fault of the filter.

I use these filters as the primary fuel filter on my Chevrolet Duramax diesel pickup. My only issue is trying to find out the beta filtration rating on these filters. Baldwin will give you the nominal rating but the beta rating is the real rating of the filters quality. The beta rating is expensive for a manufacturer to get and many filter manufacturers do not want to invest in the program.

I have a 2001 Freightliner with a Cat 3126 in it. I originally ordered Cat filters for it, and all of them except the separator was the right fit. This was the right fit, so far, so good.
