Works great. I was able to use the original Lexus top strut bolts. Easy to install. Shipped within a week. Can’t beat the low cost. I was able to remove the sway bar link attached to the old strut, but they were shot, and had to buy it locally. If I had known the sway bar link was shot I would have removed the link at the sway bar side and not wasted time trying to reuse the old sway bar link.

Struts were a real good fit on a 2005 RX330. They ride a bit rough though – feel every little bump in the pavement.

This was the second pair of struts I ordered for this car, and they still didn’t work. The tabs are on the wrong side. Even worse when I went to return them, They told me it was going to be $200 for me to pay to send them back. That’s as much as I paid for him in the first place. I’m waiting on a response from the owner now, But as as of right now, i’m not happy.

I replaced two rear struts recently with success to Toyota Highlander 2007.
The delivery was earlier than expected. There are 3 nuts (15 mm instead of 14 mm) provided for top end. The struts are exactly same dimensions as original and fit.
It took 2 hour plus to remove the rusted nuts and 2 hours to install for each strut.
The replaced struts work well and the shock during driving disappeared.

04 Toyota Highlander Ltd. 3rd row seat. Fixed the sag I had. Getting the sway bar links off was the hardest part. I recommend buy and replace sway bar links at the same time (because you’ll ruin the old one’s getting them off). Did not have to hammer the openings, they fit and lined up perfectly.

We are experiencing problems with Amazon who refer any claims for website accuracy to the seller.
This item was for a front wheel drive and without air ride.
Neither are on Amazons Vehicle descriptions or requirements.
The ones we received do not fit front wheel drive and if you measure the brakets holes they are out by one inch.
AutoShack want to return items and have the customer pay for return freight.
As Prime Business Customers or Not we feel this is a very poor policy that means if the part is worth less than the freight you end up with dud parts and buying another set elsewhere for a lot more money.
Be careful with this when describing the return issue and check the return policies of Auto Shack
