For those looking to use just the filter this product meets expectations. The gasket on the other hand is complete junk. Will not seal up the pan so don’t even try. If you can re-use the old gasket (which Ford recommends) do that.

Didn’t use the gasket (stock was nicer) but the filter fit right up to my 2007 F-150 with the 5.4 and 4×4.

The gasket is unnecessary and is trash anyway. Don’t use it unless your original gasket is damaged. The original gasket is meant to be used for the life of your truck

This transmission Oil filter worked great for my 2006 F150 4×4 5.4l 3v.
No problems. Exact fit. Gasket was different. I just used the original gasket as it was not damaged. The gasket that came with this one was only a rubber gasket. The original is actually some sort of metal or vinyl with rubber composite. So, it was different but looked to be the same size. Idk how well the rubber gasket would stand up to intense summer heat and frigid winter temps.
