My employer has a Trans Am and someone installed all new parts on the AC system but the pressure went too high and pushed the orifice tube through the aluminum line. I have never scene that before. But they fixed it and my employer asked isn’t there an over pressure protection and I said there is usually a pressure blow off valve and a high pressure switch so he wanted me to install one .
