I bought This and a blower motor at the start of fall in 2022. Just getting around to install the resistor and as you can see in the picture it’s 2 totally different resistors. Can I swap out for the correct resistor?

Blower stopped working in our van. This part fixed it. Pop out the glovebox door, 2 screws and old one was out. Didn’t take 5 minutes. Been working almost a month just fine.
