My old wiper was definitely dead after a long life. But now it was replace or have a groove scratched into my rear window. I thought I would replace the arm and blade and ordered this combination. It arrived promptly and was easy to install. It looks identical to the old arm and blade when they were new. If this new arm and blade last as long then I will be both pleased and impressed.

I accidentally broke the plastic hook off of my wiper arm when changing my rear blade and this was cheaper and easier to install than the blade itself!
