Very visible gauge in day light conditions. At night, the light is emitted at the edges of the dial face by an incandescent bulb with both a red rubber cap and a green one for you to choose creating a good night appearance . An optional LED with four colors to choose is available for $13. The reason I rate this gauge a 4/5 is that it comes with a necessary but odd-shaped plastic tee ( 1/8 x 1/4 x 1/8 ) that snapped while I tried to plug it into a vacuum line. Auto Meter obliged me to buy another one for $10. Without it, it is not possible to connect the 1/8 nylon tubing that comes with the gauge
RapidBlue –
The meter seems ok but the fittings are really poor. Spent ages trying to get it to work fiddling with other connectors as the ones supplied are useless.

A great gauge from a great company at the lowest price!! I`ve used Auto meter gauges for over 30 years and have only had one failure. Easy to install and use. Matches my other gauges perfectly. I use this gauge to maximize my gas mileage.
