Bought this for my mustang and found the travel on it is 1″. My car needs 1 1/4″. This cable wouldn’t open the throttlebody all the way.

Cable is far too short and so is the travel for a Foxbody Mustang. It would be nice if they added the overall length of the cable and the travel of the cable.
CDC –
Cable is too short to replace a Fox Body Mustang Accelerator cable. This cable only has a 1″ travel, my old ones are 1-1/2″ to 1-3/4″ of travel. (I am sure they are stretch a bit but 1″ is just no long enough. The cable and mounting locations is exact match to the OEM Mustang cable (length and locations). I would do more research before buying this cable. It may work for an Automatic Transmission car but it will not work for a manual Transmission car.
