Sweet Project Cars Battery Rejuvenation Method:
UPDATE My diesel truck has two 12 volt batteries. I tried the 200 amp setting on the first one. It boiled the battery for seconds, then cycled off for a couple minutes. I tried multiple times with same results. I gave up and switched to the 12 volt HI setting and it boiled the battery vigorously. So I used the SPC method over a couple days. Resting the battery for several hours each time. Probably 10 cycles over all and it worked. Battery restored to like new. With the remaining battery, I started off with the 12 HI setting since I knew the 200 amp setting wasn’t working, and it wouldn’t boil the battery. I tried multiple times same result. So I switched to 200 amp setting and it boiled for a few seconds and cycled. I switched it back to 12 volt HI and low and behold it now boiled vigorously. I continued on with the same process as described above for many cycles and long rest periods. This battery is now testing like new. These are 4 year old batteries in Arizona desert heat. Thanks SPC for showing us the technique.

These are the Absolute BEST Battery Chargers on the Market, My original one took some serious Abuse in the ARMY, I brought it home and put a put it back together and it last another 10 Years, When this one arrived today, It is built like TANK, Solid, Good Looking, and fits, I haven’t tested it on car yet, But Im pretty sure it will work.

Got tired of smart chargers failing and not charging properly. We would walk away thinking the batteries were charging, come back an hour later to the charger resetting itself. Bought this one to replace the smart charger and have no regrets! Nice to know that you can basically set it and forget it. Tired of babysitting smart chargers.

I have used this charger for four days long periods each day. No issues at all. I am repairing a diesel engine and needed something that could provide the continuous power. Great product.

Made in USA. This is a huge plus. Having used various chargers since I was in high school in the early 1970s, I know from experience that most chargers sold today that advertise a fast charge feature are made of inferior components and fail after anywhere from two to five years of periodic use. If it is built with good quality parts and with good quality control, it should last 20 plus years of regular use so long as you read and follow the instructions. This is a use specific charger. It will quickly charge a heavily discharged battery or jump start most vehicles. I am not sure it will jump start my truck, but it has a Chevy Big Block engine and takes some extra power to jump start. This charger has two charge rates and charges 6 or 12 volt batteries. And it is VERY well made and worth every penny of the price.

On our farm, it seems like we are always needing to charge a car, pickup, truck, or tractor battery. The last few years we have purchased chargers locally that had all these push button bells and whistles that would work for a few months and then something would go wrong with them. We commented more than once that we wished the local farm equipment dealers would stock a simple, but powerful, dial-type charger again. Then I found this one on the Amazon website. We purchased it and loved the fact that we didn’t have to read pages of instructions on how to run it. The dials on the face of it are simple and easy to understand, and it would have any battery charged in no time, and dead vehicles up and running in minutes.
Well, we ended up accidentally backing over it with the feed truck one morning, completely destroying it.
This time I wasted no time going back to Amazon and ordering another one! It arrived in no time, and it’s already been put to use. The best thing about this charger is its simplicity. It’s a powerful charger that works fast and is easy to use–no studying the operator’s manual time and again to see what we have to do to get it to work right!
