Struts are working great on my 70lb door hatch! Upon arrival my package was missing the mounting hardware, but I contacted customer support. Arana was extremely responsive… they fixed the missing bracket snafu by sending the replacement brackets (and additional struts) and they arrived within a day! Excellent, affordable product.

Gas lifts were delivered as promised. Lifts were used on a woodworking machine to keep a heavy metal shroud up while servicing the machine. I did not want to pay a hefty price and shipping for the European replacement parts. These lifts did the job admirably at a fraction of the price. I would not hesitate top buy again.

I used them for some flip-up porch windows that I made. Well, “windows” might be an overstatement- more like, screens. Thick marine grade vinyl stretched and sandwiched in a 4x4ft frame made out of 1×3 pine – that’s just to give an idea of the overall weight. The frames are pivot-hinged horizontally about a quarter way down, so when I open the window, 3ft swings up and out, and 1ft comes back down and inward. These things were perfect. Also, in general, I’ve had much better success with this, larger diameter tube style, they still fail now and then, but nowhere near as often as the more common thinner ones. Also, this seller is cool. Recommending. And no, I didn’t receive any discounts or freebies. How do people even get that? I see so many reviews are written “in exchange for” this or that. Literally, not once have I been offered anything like that.

I designed a flip top miter saw station that required struts for the up/down operation to be effortless. I calculated the force required to lift equipment and purchased these struts since their effective force range was within what I was looking for.
When they arrived, the incorrect mounting hardware had been sent. I contacted the seller that night and they responded the next morning. After investigating, they determined that an error had been made in the warehouse and sent out replacement struts and hardware immediately. The package arrived within 2-3 business days with the correct hardware.
Long story short, the struts deliver on power, function, and customer service. Mina and Vigor did a tremendous job keeping me updated through the entire process.

Stronger than I needed but that’s better than the alternative. Solid and very well made. They come compressed.

Worked great, I am impressed with the quality. They were easy to install with the ball joints and all of the hardware that was included. They were the best value for the money I found after very exhaustive searching online, eBay, and other products on Amazon. They are very strong and after a month are still working great.

Only complaint was that the struts should come not mounted to the brackets as retaining clips are hard to access and release.
End result was that the product did what I needed.
