For the price point, I could not be happier. The directions were clear, the installation was easy. The best part, we had a snow storm come in three days after I installed this. 6 inches of snow, 4hi and off we go.
Then over the course of the summer, I used my 4X4 many times to go off road. 4hi and away I go. Get stuck and 4low, ready to go. No problems getting it to shift, no problems getting g out of trouble. It does what it is supposed to, every time I tell it to.

Works great, easy to install, fixed the issue with 4-wheel drive not engaging. There is an extra wire on original so you do need to pull the wire plug apart to get it into the new one. This was expected (as seen in YouTube videos) and was easy to do.

Easy to install and worked great for 2010 f150. Hardest part was swapping the one wire into the new harness. Whole job took maybe 25 minutes. Great price too.

Easy to install , works great ! No need to go to repair shop . If you have a couple wrenches and basic skills or minimal skills , you can do this . Trust me it is a easy project . No more wrench picture on my pick up dash screen !

I have a 2009 F150 S-crew 4×4 with about 140k on it and got the dreaded “check 4×4” light last week. After some quick troubleshooting it turned out to be this part that had failed and Amazon was right there with a super-inexpensive replacement like this APDTY shift motor.
The only thing that slowed me down was getting some RTV for the replacement but this was SO EASY and quick it’s honestly the fastest repair I’ve ever made on this truck!
The part fit well, worked well and solved my problem for $80 and about 20 min of my time.
It just doesnt get much better than that!
Definitely recommended.
