I have been buying ANCO blades for years. This purchase and the previous one 6 months ago have convinced me that I’m going to change brands. The blades seem to be either misaligned or of an inferior material because they squeak and chatter across the windshield. I have not had this problem prior to the spring 2022 purchase. The most recent purchase resulted in the rubber blade working its way out of the frame within days of replacement. (See photos.) I tried to re-assemble the blade so that the retainer would snap into place; however, the blade on the 18″ has come apart twice now. I think I’m done with ANCO. Or perhaps I should try another seller/supplier.
