Very nice battery cross bracket to replace the metal OEM. But be aware that this is universal and not all battery’s width will fit correctly. My battery is slightly smaller than the notches on this bracket, so it slide a little back & forth. Tighten it too tight will crack the battery casing, so be gentle.

A bit too large but it fit on good enough and tightened down. The other variations like the L shape for either side ones.. dont get, i got first and they broke due to cheap welds. So buy these kind where its just tightening down from the top.

Summary:
Item appears to be well constructed, light weight. Unfortunately, it does not fit KF series Mazda CX5 Battery (at least the factory type).
What went wrong?:
The factory battery tie down begins to develop the corrosion, I was hoping to replace with AL type. Unfortunately, this unit does not fit due to spaces between the refill-ports are too narrow for this product (this is for factory/OEM replacement batteries).
Remedy for CX5 owner:
I ended up cleaning up the factory unit with corrosion cleaner and metal brush; repaint it, then wrapped it with electrical tape for additional protection.

Easy installation and the rubber bushings help really secure the battery. The metal bar is very durable and doesn’t bend at all.
