I’m using this in my jeep wrangler to plug my auxiliary towing brake into. It’s saving me from having to go through the time and expense of having another charger directly wired to my battery. It has worked very well so far and I recommend it.

I like them and bought two of them. I bought one about a year or so ago and the cigarette lighter plug has broken and I am looking to replace it. These are great for extending your 12 volt power for things like tire pumps , radios and other appliances they are good for 20 to maybe 25 amps perhaps 30 for a short time.

For me and my 2024 Honda HR-V it is vital! There is no power port on the dash — instead it is all the way in back, by the right tail-light…this cable connects there, thence to a tri-splitter, thence to a radar detector and a Garmin GPS. This is a MUST HAVE for HR-V owners!

Fuse in this guy is odd ball size and too small for the #10 or #12 wire size. In a pinch during road trip, wound up shorting with tin foil since our devices are fused.
