This phone holder replaces my older phone holder that used side clamps to hold my phone. I no longer have to worry about the size of my phone since no clamps are used to hold the phone. I simply attach my phone to the magnetic holder with the magnetic ring. My phone is a Samsung, so I attached the metal ring, (supplied), to the back of my phone. I do not think iPhone requires the use of the metal ring. It attaches by removing the protective tape and attaching the glue side to my phone. The phone holder is strong enough to hold my phone without it moving or coming detached while also allowing it to easily be removed by simply pulling the phone from the holder. I love this phone holder. It is so easy to install and use.

This is a very straight forward minimalist design, no frills or thrills. It just works. I got it because my previous vent phone holder would block an entire ac vent even when not in use but with this design the vent is still usable to help cool me down (I live in south Florida). So all in all I’m very happy with my purchase. I’ve only had the mount a couple of days so hopefully it’ll hold up to the test of time and sun exposure, I’ll update review if it doesn’t.

I purchased this mount because it boasts that it fits 99% of car vents, and I’d been having trouble finding one that fits my 2023 Hyundai Tucson. It took a little bit of playing with it, but it fit and overall I’m quite pleased with it. The magnet holds very well, and it comes with a ring to put on the back of your phone so you don’t need a fancy case to use it. The clip to hold it to the vent is a much better system than the clamp that always comes loose. I just set it, and forget it. I would absolutely recommend this product to someone looking for a Magnetic car mount. Pictures to follow once I can get a picture of my phone on the mount.
