This phone holder for my car works very well. It’s very easy to install (i use the CD mount as i don’t use my CD player in my 2002 Toyota Solara). I at first didn’t like it because I can’t just take my phone out with one hand, I do have to slightly pull the arm off of my phone to get it out but it isn’t super annoying, I just lightly push on one side and it let’s go. I have a S24 Ultra and I use a Silicone Casetify case. This holds the phone very well and it doesn’t shake very much if even at all. I even recommened it to my mother in law and she absolutely loves it for her S24 (she has just the base model). Definitely worth the money and if it breaks i will buy another one! Very well built!

Works amazingly and is very easy to move to wherever you need your phone to sit. Holds very securely. Will not work with wallet cases.
I’ve only had to tighten it a few times as it loosens over time but its noticeable before it falls out. Easy to install, easy to remove, worth every penny.
This mount works better than any other one I’ve ever bought. I would definitely buy again.

Frankly, I have no use for a CD player, so the slot was going to waste. This mount is so adjustable that I could get a great fit in my car. This is my second one, as the first one was too small to accommodate my new phone. It is strong enough that my phone doesn’t shake much when driving and has never fallen out of the mount.

Pros : Quite the unique system to hold the phone over competing products. You just plop your phone into it and it just… grabs it in place. No fussing with weird magnet strips and cases, no opening and releasing clamps. Used the CD mounting system as that’s my preference. very easy to adjust the arm to where I want the phone. Would imagine in other cars, the range of mobility of the mounting arm is versatile enough to fit most users’ needs.
Cons: Can’t mount phone in landscape. Sometimes… for reasons…. I want the phone in landscape orientation. I have an ROG Phone II and the headphone jack for the AUX is on the bottom right of the phone and the charging port is on the bottom left of the phone. I can still plug both into the phone and make sort of ‘legs’ that straddle one of the cradle hooks on one side of the mounting mechanisim but that sacrifices some grip/stability and is a bit awkward and tilts the phone. Not too much problem since I can just slightly rotate it. If your headphone jack (if you have one these days) isn’t on top AND your charging port isn’t DEAD CENTER at the bottom of your phone, they’re gonna have some awkward cable management. On short trips it’s not too big of a deal, but on longer trips I need to charge.

Pro and con: will hold a phone with a phone case that has a ring finger holder, but it is not the best when mounting in the beginning. It has to be slightly finessed.

My brother-in-law hipped me to this last year; I bought one for wife’s car and then got jealous as it worked a lot better than my old suction cup-and-spring clamp holder so I bought one for myself.
Unless you’ve got a *really* thick case, this’ll work with anything. My wife had a Supcase Beetle which is a pretty heavy-duty case; she isn’t very conscientious about how she removes her phone from this cradle so she ends up knocking it out of position more than half the time, but that’s user error. I have a Spigen Tough Armor case and mine works without problems every time. It grabs my phone quickly and reliably, very easy to put in and remove from the cradle. It’s a simple yet very effective idea, and it makes use of that old CD slot that we don’t use anymore. My suction cup mount always falls off the dash when it’s hot out; no such problems with this design and if you like a vent mount between them you’ve got that option, too.
Great buy, I highly recommend it! Didn’t waste money on cheaper versions; I tried a knock-off once and it wasn’t nearly as smooth. The price difference isn’t that much, and you won’t be disappointed with this one.
