Let’s get right to the point. This is a great overall sponge but I didnt realize that bigger is not always better. As much as I like the large size and soft microfiber I found out that its really heavy when full of water. So much so that Im wringing out some of it before actually using it.
This is also a good sign because it holds a good amount of water and thats good for washing down the dirt vs rubbing it into the paint.
My method of using it is just grabbing it with my whole hand and squeezing it for grip, not just wiping it. There is so much mat that gripping it as hard as you can might be the only way to make sure you dont drop it on the ground.
Other than the weight I think its a great mat with very good cleaning potential.

I assumed the pad would get a tad smaller over time and not stay 10×10 but nope it’s a huge pad that gets way to heavy (some kind of stupid material that absorbs way to much water inside) and is almost impossible to use with one hand for more than 5 minutes. Truly do not buy just get a regular wash mitt. I honestly recommend chemical guys green one but I don’t really recommend their chemicals unless you’re on a budget

Since I bought a new truck, I have discovered Adams Polishes. I basically bought everything they sell, even tshirts. The tshirts always seem to be an ice breaker for conversation.
Anyway, this is a nice wash pad. It is soft, and using the two-bucket wash method, did not leave any scratches on my paint. The mix of black and white fibers hides a little dirt to the human eye, so maybe an all white pad would be better.
Despite its effectiveness in cleaning, I have found it gets water logged and very heavy. Wash mitts doesn’t seem to have this issue. I guess there is something inside that absorbs a lot of water. I suppose this is good and bad, in that it won’t dry out in you while washing.
Overall, I am pleased with this wash pad, but think I’ll stick to a mitt.

This pad is great! Does a very good job of picking up dirt off panels. The only down fall is it does get HEAVY! Although it does get heavy, I like it because I know not to add any pressure when using it.

I love the material, cleans well. It is really big and when dunked in wash bucket and placed on vehicle its really heavy and firm. So moving it is sort of straining on the hand and arm. The mitt holds a lot of the water and soap so you have to squeeze it a lot and it’s not easy with one hand. It’s definitely too much mitt but it cleans well. I’m going to work with it. I use a soft detail brush for the crevices and tight spots while I use the wash mitt to cover large areas. But yea it’s heavy especially using it on door panels.

This sponge is huge. It’s works very well and covers a lot of space quickly, however it takes a long time to dry. Overall a quality product.

This is a monster wash pad and it’s also incredibly soft. I won’t wash my truck with anything other than Adam’s or this 1 other companies products. But I can tell you I’ve literally tested 100s of car wash products over the past few years so I consider myself quite knowledgeable.
I baby my vehicle so if I will use this on my truck then I can safely tell you to please trust it on your own vehicle. It won’t swirl your paint but remember wash back and forth not in circles and the world will be a better place.
