4×4 wasn’t working in 92 k2500. checked that i was getting voltage on harness so I knew the actuator was bad. took about 5 minutes to replace and worked great.

Actuator arrived quickly, installed super easy and now I have 4WD! If front drive shaft spins when in 4WD and you have no wheel spin then this is what you need! You only need one tool, on large adjustable wrench. Use liquid thread sealant on actuator threads and make sure your gear oil is at full level while you are under truck. This went on a 94 ext cab K1500 with a 5.7L/350 CID 4L60E trans
