It seems to be working well when installed, and to date. One observation however. The temperature reading moves up fast from zero to 50%, but remains in that range

Excellent Part!
This part was quite smaller than the original size, but it fits and work quite well. The physical size looks very different from the original one removed from the vehicle. However, the treading areas were the same so it fits and worked properly. Thank you Amazon.

I wasn’t entirely sure this would fit my car from the search results, but this temp sensor is a direct replacement for the one on the back of the engine in my 1997 Mazda Miata 1.8L. Note: The original sensor required a 12mm socket and this one is 13mm or vice versa
