Perfect fit works perfectly.

AC Delco parts generally are great replacement for original GM parts. This one worked with minor alterations for my 1968 Pontiac Firebird.

It works perfectly in my 68 Camaro. It wouldn’t accept the tumbler until I turned it to the right position, I’ll throw a photo of where it should be . Also be careful with that pigtail because nobody has reproduced one yet.I used a ziptie to secure mine because a leg is gone
Amazon Customer –
Starter would not engage unless you twisted the key as hard as possible and sometimes that wasn’t enough. Its a Delco so was surprised but can happen to the best and I just happen to get it. Still gave three stars because return for credit was easy.

Fit perfectly and worked great

I needed a switch for my 68 Corvette. One that completely fits is anywhere from $100-250 depending on whose selling it. This does plug in perfectly into the stock harness. The problem is that the 3 pronged plastic hooks on the socket do not line up with the 3 switch slot holes, so the plug could possibly fall off the switch. Fortunately, the hooks extend a little past the hole slots on the switch, so all I did was put a zip tie around the switch. The zip tie sits just higher than the slots and just under the hooks so the socket has no chance of falling off.
Terry Mceachern –
Perfect fit and works like a charm.

Bought to replace faulty switch. Threads on new switch are the right pitch but cut wrong. The locking bezel barely touches the threads and can be snapped on by hand. Installing Key lock assembly impossible. It does not fit new switch assembly. Both key and bezel fit the old switch perfectly.
