Installed this on a 1997 c1500 2wd. Fixed the error no response from speed sensor. Part was AC delco and fit perfectly.

Replaced hoping to address an erratic speedometer and non-functional cruise control on a Chevy astro. Unfortunately, it did mot fix the issue. Good news the part fit perfect and did not introduce any other issues. We will leave the new speed sensor in place and try to fine a shop to address the speedometer and cruise control issue.

I bought AC Delco thinking it would be the best quality, I was wrong! This sensor actually rubbed against the gear inside the transmission! I bought a cheaper part and it works great!

This fits exactly as it should and is built with great quality. Fixes various problems with a transmission that some would believe was a bad transmission. Usually changing this inexpensive part will save you from buying an entire transmission. Takes just minutes to swap out. Recommended.

This was a bolt off bolt on easy fix. If you are not doing this on a lift, reaching it is ok but you may be somewhat blind to the nut. It is accessible without being too cramped if you are on a creeper. This piece was identical to the one I removed. It did not fix the problem I had with a 2nd gear shifting issue, but I figure after 170K, I will go ahead and change it out. I also bought a bunch of other easy to do transmission items, corvette servo update, and accumulator pinless piston. all were easy but still not shifting 2nd gear. So I just added the statements for someone who is trying to do the troubleshooting with new parts technique. It may not fix it but I sure am learning a hell of a lot about transmissions.
