I put this on a truck that gets limited use last June ,I had to drive it at night lately and the headlights dimmed at a stop light and the volt meter was jumping all over the place so it appears that the built in regulator is going bad. Had I installed it on something that I drove every day I’m sure I would have caught it time to return it as it has maybe 300 miles on it. Like I said made in China junk with a delco sticker on it.

I kind restored a 1998 GMC 1/2 ton truck. It’s age reqiures some repair.
So I had to replace the alternator. I didn’t want a third party part, so I bought AC/Delco. Yes it’s made in Mexico, but made for GM.
Months later it’s still working just fine.
