DIY here. Oil change is easy if you have the proper tools and parts (a bit messy but it is worth it if you think about the engine’s longevity). This filter (ACDelco PF61E Professional Engine Oil Filter) costs twice (2x) than the FRAM or PUROLATOR equivalent, but the engine seems to run smoother, so I will continue to get this for my 08 Impala. I use regular oil Castrol 5W30. Cheers.
