Easily installed, and appears to be functioning as it is supposed to be. I noticed that the coil’s (2) clips that insert directly into the distributor cap seem a little flimsyer than the original, OEM coil’s clips – definitely cheapened down a little from original, even though it is a genuine Delco/GM part, but my Corvette runs great.

O stars. Terrible! Lasted 2 drives, about 100 miles on my 85 Corvette. Died on the third drive about a mile from my house. Engine started stumbling and then died completely. Got a ride home to get tools and I brought my old coil that I know worked. Swaped the oil coil in and the car fired right up like nothing had happened. It is unacceptable for oem parts direct from the manufacturer to not work like this.

The coil arrived in a beat up old box. The coil was not visibly damaged. I see no indication that this is a genuine AC Delco part. I have to assume that the seller repackaged a chinese part in a Delco box. The coil was just loose in the box with no packing of any kind.
