It seems like the general replacement wire sets from the ordinary car parts stores have extra long wires and a few that are wild guesses. This set fit my small block just fine and is the sort of thing that makes me like ACDelco more and more every day. No problems at all.
The wires come pre-lubed with a thin coating of grease and there is also a packet of grease included. With eighteen ends to slather, you might want to also get a tube of dielectric grease (Amazon B000AL8VD2 or such) as extra for now and for later.

There is a black boot and a brown boot on each wire, the brown goes to the plugs. It would be nice if they could write that in the instructions. I looked it up online because I was curious, it seems like they could include that info so you don’t have to stop working, wash your hands 3 times, and Google it. The wires are good quality and they have that nice “click” we like.

These are the same plugs you are going to get from dealer.
From my experience plug wires from an auto parts store are sub par in most applications. Example, Bosch wires from AutoZone are not really a good wire for my 94 GMC c1500. The boots are longer than OEM and you cant make that positive click connection.
Now Im not saying OEM is always the way to go but for around $27 its still cheaper than aftermarket.
