Always use OEM parts the aftermarket components can sometimes be great as long as you know what your buying which is harder to know these days so just go OEM and you’ll be fine

Just installed this in under 20 minutes without even jacking the car up. Direct fit replacement for my 2006 Trailblazer. Not sure if it’ll help my fuel consumption. I’ll update if it does, but I did also replace the camshaft position sensor and camshaft position actuator solenoid. No error code yet to do a CASE relearn. I’ll drive it as is for now.
EDIT: Still no check engine light. I replaced this along with my fuel pump, vvt solenoid, and camshaft position sensor and the truck runs very smooth now.

Great price and fixed the code problem. Be careful not to rest the serpentine belt tool on the sensor when changing these on a Chevy Trailblazer. You will destroy your sensor and need another one. Always take care with installation. These are precision electronics.
