After seeing these have a number of low ratings, it seemed worth the time to give these a five-star rating as they have earned it repeatedly on my 2005 Prius. After sticking with this brand numerous times since coming available, they have been my favorite windshield wiper blades in all my years of driving through all seasons and most parts of the country. There’s little worse than wipers that don’t handle rain, and simply go over a thin layer of snow or sleet, and these ACDelco Clear Vision have never let me down.
Only a week ago it was time to replace the wipers again, and I opted to try a more expensive brand name. The first day there are streaks and gaps which the “better” name is missing; something the ACDelco never did – even long after leaving them on beyond their life expectancy and wear indicator turning color.
While I can’t speak to other reviews which state problems with parts falling off, or poor construction, I can only state these have consistently been the best windshield wipers I’ve ever used.

Judging only by performance wiping away rain and highway spray, these are great wipers–five stars.
However, the clips that allow them to adapt to multiple wiper arms could be better. Our Honda Pilot has the j-hook kind, and while these wipers seem to snap firmly into place with their adapters, they don’t hold the wiper as firmly as those that are made for the j-hooks.
We had a heavy snow the same day I put them on the car, and a relatively gentle bump with the brush while clearing the windshield, and the adapter came loose from the wiper. By the end of the second day that had happened to both wipers a total of three times. Then I started being more careful. (Sometimes I’m a slow learner.)
The good news is that was the last snow of the season, so snow won’t be an issue again for a few months. But when I replace these in fall, I’ll be looking for something with both great blades AND great connectors.

I bought these wipers with the intent to replace a set of Bosch blades. All in all, I was really satisfied with the Bosch blades but for the money I was not impressed with out fast they seemed to start streaking. When I saw these on sale I quickly picked up a set and I could not be happier.
Quality 4/5: The blade itself has proven to be quite efficient at clearing rain without any noticeable streaking or squeaking. The only piece of the wiper that could have been refined a bit more is the attachment snap. It feels a little cheap but if you’re careful when installing you should not have any issues. Also, the profile of the attachment for my car was not any bigger than the attachment on the Bosch brand wiper blades.
Ease of installation 5/5: I found this to be extremely easy and no more difficult than any other universal wiper blade on the market. Just pick the attachment method and snap onto the wiper following the instructions in the package.
Price 5/5: I bought these on a bit of a sale ($10 a blade), and for that price it could not be beaten. I would advise shoppers to keep a close eye on the price and pick up a set anytime these fall below $15.
After running these on my car for about a month and a half now I have yet to see any streaking. For the money, I could not be any happier and will be buying these again.

WILL FLY AWAY. I wanted to love these wipers. In fact, as far as the rubber goes and the actual blade, they are great. But here is the problem, these wipers, unlike most, have 2 pieces that fit together. Instead of one adapter, there is a primary adapter that snaps onto the blade. Then the specific adapter for your car. The problem is with the primary part that snaps onto the blade.
Unlike other aftermarket blades, there is no need to reuse an old adaptor. I am always trying out new wipers and change out wipers for people, I can promise you this isn’t operator error.
The piece that snaps on the blade just barely holds. Any heavy rain or strong wind or going through a tunnel carwash or even lifting your wipers at the gas station to clean the windshield and then gently dropping them back onto the glass will make the blade fall off.
I really wanted to like these wipers, I can say one good thing. The rubber is good. I tested them out in the driveway and it wipes really well. I considered using crazy clue to secure the blades but decided against it.
I hope ACDelco re-thinks this design, keep the quality rubber but do something different with the fasteners. I grew up with ACDelco, its what my grandfather used for everything, and if I could have like these I would have.

Theser wipers made it through the Colorado summer. Monday thru Thursday my car parks in the hot sun and normally I get about 3 months out of my windshield wipers. These wipers still wipe very good in rain and seem to show no signs of wear. Winter is coming and that will be the next test.
Only complaint I have is my windshield wipers tend to shake across windshield. I apply Rain X on my windshield so they may have something to do with it?
I will order these wipers again.

I wish I could still get these for my car, but I can never find them in stock anymore. I’m assuming that’s because the company makes newer versions. But this version lasted for quite a long time and I really liked how well they worked. I have tried other kinds since I had these but they aren’t as good (noisy, wear down quickly, etc.) I’m not sure what it was about this particular wiper blade that made them better than they others I’ve tried, but they worked great for me!
