Had purchased after market blades from Costco – for our vehicle (2012 Chevy Malibu) the aftermarket generic attachment does not hold the blade in place. These blades fit the attachment correctly and are a high quality wiper blade.

This broke after one month of use. I have never had a wiper blade break – I have up until now only replaced them due to wearing out.
The blade has a frame, with a plastic piece that connects the frame to the wiper arm. The part connecting that plastic piece to the frame broke.
Southern Charm –
I bought what I thought were OEM wiper blades for my wife’s Traverse. These were not the same as what came on it from the factory. The material was obviously different. These blades did not last nearly as long as the original ones. I’m sure they are probably better than what you get at the local discount store but they are not what I was expecting.
