Only screwed in one thread before the set screw bottomed out and stripped. I had to grind a Section of the rod down so the set screw could grab more threads.

I picked this up for review as I have a 62 nova that I have put a TH350 in and am unsure if I am going to convert to floor shift.
As far as the kit goes, I am happy with it. I typically do not like to run knock off parts. This is 100000% a Lokar knockoff kit. If it was not for getting it through the review program, I would not have purchased and would have spend the extra 30 dollars on the Lokar. I am disappointed that they are even using Lokar’s picture and only photo shop changed the color of the parts, it is the same picture.
