The wires look great but don’t ever take them off once you get them on! It seems like a little kid crimps the wire leads on as it doesn’t take any effort at all to pull the wires right out of the plug socket, rendering the wires useless. On another note, the wires are NOT fit to an AMC V8 motor, you’ll find they are extremely long which doesn’t make for a clean look under the hood. I did make an attempt to contact their customer support about the broken wire and was answered quickly initially, but now haven’t had a response in over a week and still don’t have a working set of wires. Sorry I can’t recommend these wires, they are junk and Southwest Performance Parts doesn’t seem to care. I’ll spend the money and get something from a company that cares about the product they put out.

+++++ ARRIVED AS LISTED. BETTER YET, ALL WIRES WERE NUMBERED. I finally installed them and not real happy with them. Distributor end of wires to big and half did not want to stay on the distributor. Thank goodness the HEI cover helps hold them in place. If I had not installed I would return them. Also unhappy with individual wire lengths.

I purchased this along with the A-team distributor, and installed it in my Jeep 304. The plug wires come with some plug wire organizing brackets, which I didn’t install yet (see the pictures). The plug wires are four different lengths (2 of each length). There are no instructions, but I used the 4 shortest ones on the driver’s side (closest to the distributor), and the four longest ones on the passenger side (away from the distributor)

I would not recommend these wires. I installed these wires on an AMC 360 when I upgraded to an HEI style distributor. I had zero run time on the wires and the first time I pulled the boot for the number 1 plug to check TDC. The terminal pulled out of the boot. I was unable to pull the boot off of the wire to recrimp the terminal. I did not pull on the wire. I twisted the boot and pulled away from the plug and it still pulled the terminal out of the wire. Tossed all of them and purchased MSD wires.

Really not much to say that performance is the key with any vehicle and sparkplug wires can make a difference with that performance. It was good to hear the engine come back to life after 18 years of sitting in storage, and these wires helped make that happen.
