Did not even wrap the unit. Almost no packing. One of the plugs was completely cracked off. Otherwise, after some work I was able to hook it up and it functions.

My 2013 Honda accord coupe EXL 3.5 suddenly would not start. I’d hear a click and all my inside dash lights would turn on. After searching for an OEM starter I had to ensure it was the stater since it was priced much more than this starter. Then after 3 days of troubleshooting I was convinced. I saw the price on this starter and decided to take a risk and bought it. Best decision I made in a long time the starter was a perfect die and after pushing the start by ton one time, my Honda fired right up. Highly recommend this product!

It worked like a charm for 8 months, then started grinding. Not recommended.

Absolute rubbish. Installed 3 months ago and has been working fine but now it has started making grinding noises on startup – the car still starts but with loud metallic grinding noises. So now I have to replace the starter and I don’t want to start or use the car until I get a replacement due to damage the starter may now be causing to the flywheel.
