Amazon add say’s compatible with a 2003 to 2005 1500 Silverado. They he bolts don’t even line up. See picture bottom one is and inch over from where it should be

Was not the same size as OEM, it’s about 1/4″ off on the mounting cast. Really easy to compare.

There’s nothing I don’t like about the starter I purchased, it exceeds expectations and is still going strong in my 2003 Silverado 6.0l 2500. Definitely will buy again in the future for their projects

Solved a no crank, no start after diagnosis. The gear return spring seems a little weak as the sound is not to my liking if the key crank position is held a nano second too long. Will report back if it doesn’t last. The OEM unit lasted a loooong time. Installed about a month ago.
