These struts just popped in with the included clips and done. Under 10 minutes total time, no issues, no “fiddling”, nothing. Everything should go in as easily and work as well!!

Been wanting to replace the old supports forever, especially after the hatch came down on me and buried the steel latch hook between my shoulder blades. These went on in minutes and easily hold up the hatch. My ’01 Cougar has the big Visteon spoiler AND rear wiper, these certainly work for that application!
