My parents were quoted over $500 to repair the rear left window, I thought that price seemed too high especially on an older vehicle, I decided to see if I could repair it myself and found some videos on YouTube that seemed simple enough. I search led some auto part stores first before stumbling across this product. Shipping took about a week and I was able to replace the part in about an hour. Works great and I was able to save my parents lots of money. I’d recommend this product if you don’t want to pay someone else.

I bought two of these regulators, one each for the rear windows in our CTS. These units arrived in professional looking sturdy boxes and were wrapped in clear plastic for even more protection. They were a perfect fit for the original regulators and are working very well so far. For sure, time and use will tell how long these will last, but the price (compared to the dealership) was very reasonable.
