After reading many reviews here, I finally gave this a try. This is the first time I bought auto repair parts on Amazon so I don’t know what to expect. I found a good step by step tutorial on youtube first, which I was comfortable to do it on my own. Overall, it was fairly easy to take apart the door interior panel, then the broken part. Putting it back took me two trials, plus I dropped the bolt to the inside which delay the whole process.
I am fairly happy with the replacement. The only complain is the noise from the new motor. I could have used my old one that still works and put it back and skip the new motor. The noise is not enough to bug me but it isn’t the same as the original one. It just sounds different and a bit noisy.
Good product. It saves me a ton that I don’t have to spend hundreds to fix.

I bought this for the engine only, not the entire machine. It works perfectly on my e46. Easy install (if you have some basic knowledge on replacing pieces).

Had no problems installing the window regulator. Noise level is comparable to the original. Speed is also the same as the original. Will have to see how long it lasts; time will tell.

I replaced the failed window regulator on my bmw with this, and it works fantastic. This solved my problem with the window not going down> I would recommend this regulator. Good quality as far as I could tell, doesn’t feel cheap, it is a similar quality to the original BMW one that I removed.

My 2005 330i E46 hit a 152001 miles and all the window regulators failed at the same time. What are the odds of that? This is such an easy DYI repair that I’m doing all of them by watching a YouTube video. Save yourself Thousands by not taking it to a BMW dealer. The window regulator was a perfect fit. Worked as soon as I connected it. Drivers side rear is same exact process. Look for photos and review of the front windows that I did they are a bit more tricky.
