The cables lengths are a little off, so they kinda bind once everything is bolted up. Hopefully it doesn’t cause any issues in the future.

To replace:
Have a set of Torx Head bits on hand, Cordless Drill, Flat head screwdriver, and plastic prying tool.
First remove the interior door panel by removing the handle trim and unscrewing two screws and the other on the bottom of the panel. Next pry the entire panel off and start to unclip the wiring harnesses for the window switch, door lock and two speakers. Next is the big part of the in removing the Outside Door Panel. Yes, I said that correctly, the outside door panel has 15 – 20 screws all along the bottom and sides of the door. Once you loosen those, you can either spend another hour to remove the outside door handle or just leave it and let it hang. Wear Long Sleeves to prevent getting cut up from the sharp edges on the door. After that its pretty straight forward. Remover the three screws for the motor and what I did was drilled out the rivets for the speaker to have better access. Finally, the most important part is to mount the Motor after you have the new regulator installed. To secure the window to the regulator there is a plastic round bushing that has an inner plastic inner key that locks in place. You have to remove the center piece first and then shove the round plastic bushing in the hole to secure the window to the regulator and then, push the smaller inner plastic inside the middle to lock it in place. The job is time consuming but I wasn’t going to pay the dealer $700 to do this job and wait an entire day to get it done.
