Replacing a power window motor that has failed is either a motor swap-out or replace motor and regulator as one piece.
I used instructions on youtube and realized either way, you have to pull out the old regulator. Doing the replacement as a one piece replacement was simpler.
Part is reasonably made, arrived promptly and i was very pleased i could source the part on Amazon at a terrific price. Time will tell if the motor holds up like OEM.

THis worked very well for the replacement. The passengers side front, I ordered the motor and had to disassemble, which was no big deal, but with this one, I just took the old out, and installed the new.
If you have any ability mechanically, this is a simple job.
