The MOUNTING BOLT HOLES…..
go look n make sure your pump has them on the sides or top n bottom.
And when u go to install it, you gotta point that arm down, put it in there, then push it down to line up your bolts.
Don’t frustrate yourself over that rod in there, and getting the lever “under ” it. Just point lever down, put the pump in, then push it down firmly to line up the bolts.
