Headline says it all. It comes with a thick rubber gasket. The original pan was installed with RTV only. I used the gasket with a thin film of RTV on both sides. So far no leaks.

This was an exact replacement from the stock one. Product arrived quickly. Huge savings compared to Auto Zone $93!!! Would take to long to arrive. All other auto stores did not have a gasket to go with the pan. This was the only one I could find. It’s a rubber gasket and lines up perfectly. I used some automotive silicone paste to keep the gasket from moving when trying to install. The bolt patterns lined up perfectly!!! Would recommend to others with this same car. The Altima is up there in miles and trying to keep it going. Overall very satisfied with product.

The oil pan fits just right no problem. The gasket however will crack and start to leak.
