The pipe is long enough, and the hole is the right size, but that’s about it. The opening is not covered by the flap, and the screw holes are out of place and too small. I had to drill two new holes.

The very first thing I noticed is the flap covering the nozzle opening did not close off the hole. It is very thin the first time the flap is pushed open it bends to a point where it stays open. No big deal I could live with that. The first time I put the gas cap on and tried to remove it again the plastic threaded insert came out with the cap. I do not see any way that it is held into the opening of the metal tube. So I have epoxied it into place, I hope it last a reasonable aunt of time. I would have returned it but I need to get this vehicle on the road now. Poorly made not worth the money, I would not buy this again if needed.
