I bought these cables for a 2016 Grand Caravan. Only one of the two cables fit properly.

I had Amazon send one – it snapped when I pulled the lever to fold the seat. They sent another and when I pulled the lever again, this one snapped. Having A Chrysler dealer look at the cable, they said the material was poor in design and no wonder it snapped. I ordered one from the dealer about twice as much and will install that one. Asking for a refund. I’ll send both broken cables in the same box.

The cable was broken when it arrived. Returned it immediately. It looked like the plastic bag inside the box had been opened before it was shipped to me. Not good.
