Ahoy –
PCV valve area is not threaded, was just solid plastic. The OEM has a small plastic area that is threaded, this just had a bunch of plastic where you I guess are supposed to self-tap. This will not last at all if it has to be taken off. You don’t want to mess with something like that when driving down the highway. Do not plan to take off the PCV valve again or else engine vibrations are sure to knock it loose. Other areas had to have the plastic shaved down because there were pieces barely holding on from the mold, and one area had a very rough patch where it looks like there was a manufacturing defect, did not touch it as it is part of a wall separating two areas. I would have returned if I had unboxed it sooner. Buyer beware and inspect for defects asap.

This valve cover is high-quality, fits perfectly, and was easy to install, in part because it comes preassembled: The VC gasket, PCV gasket, and the set screws are all in place, so you just mount and tighten. The screws naturally hit a “don’t tighten further” point, which is great. The item is also very nicely packaged. Great work!
