Fits ALMOST perfectly. Holes all lined up pretty well, a bit of jiggling was needed to fit, but didn’t have to Motor seems a bit noisier than an OEM part, but works well, and it satisfied the mother in law who’s highlander I put it in, and for a fraction of the price of OEM.
