Not s direct plug in. Had to cut old one off and hard wire it to the new one.

After installation only last 40 days the motor start to make noise, only come down, if I need to raise the glass I have to help with my hands.

Dislike. DID NOT FIT. wasn’t even the same unit when compared to the original window motor. Doesn’t for Ford windstar 03 as described several times in the product description.
