The lines for the fuel pump were installed incorrectly during assembly. I had to take them back apart uninstall them in the correct order
Daniel S –
This product came with a kink in the fuel line, and now the motor cuts off after starting.
Shaun –
The pump itself works, however gas leaks through the connection points.
Robert M. –
Good fitment for 07 BMW 7 series with 4.8L V8. Also helped that engineers designed an access panel beneath rear seats to access fuel tank changed in under 30mins with minimal effort and tools 10mm socket and flat screwdriver is all that’s needed.

After installing the fuel pump, I drove less than 100 miles when all of a sudden my car stopped running. Now I am stuck on a back road miles from home ,fortunately, I was able to call someone who brought me tools. After taking it apart I found the corrugated hose that attaches to the green top had come off. There should be a wire tie or a fastener. This simple fix would have eliminated hours of needless inconvenience.
