I ordered this sensor after the one on the car decided to come out in three pieces. Luckily this sensor is in the easiest location of any sensor on the car, it’s on the intake manifold and directly under the pop off engine cover. In my case, I did also have to replace the connector on the harness to fit this sensor, because the old sensor used a smaller connector of the same type, but looking at Audi data for my vehicle, it should have had the larger sensor connector just like the one on this sensor. In researching this, it looks like my OEM sensor and harness connector is one used on a Q series, but everything called out as a replacement for the A5 uses the larger connector. So maybe there was a short production run with this other harness and sensor combo that was not captured in service documentation, or, maybe someone else swapped the harness and sensor from a Q series, but in any case, the service data calls for the larger connector on the sensor and this sensor has the larger connector.
So the sensor now works fine, the CEL has gone out and although I did not check to see what data the sensor was putting out with a scan tool, it must be good enough for the ECM because it’s no longer throwing any codes.
In short, the part fit the manifold and provides good data. I had to swap a harness connector, but others likely will not run into this issue. So 100% would recommend.

Please note this is a air charge sensor which sits right next to throttle body and N75 solenoid purge towards the front of intake manifold. Mine was leaking air causing a vacuum leak and a CEL light so changing this solved the problem. Driving wise slight improvement in boost pressure and imoortantly no more since till writing this
