After my mechanic inspecting my car, he informed me that the front driver’s side abs sensor was faulty; and I noticed whenever I pressed the brakes it would make a sound like if the break pads were worn; but after replacing the part, now the brakes are working perfectly.
I’ve had it for one day so far and can feel the difference, if anything changes I will update this review; but so far, great for my Honda Accord 2006.

Excellent value – Wheel speed sensor replacement on my daughters 2005 Acura TSX for front left wheel – Turned off the ABS light immediately – had to use the 4 pin to 9 pin jumper method to turn off the VSA light – should have been a 15 minute job – NOPE – turned into a 1.5 hour job because the original wheel speed sensor at the knuckle was fused to the metal and broke when removing – had to drill out old plastic , chiseled out with small screw driver and hammer – sucked!!! But this was due to the age of the car being 16 years old – For the price and no lights – All good

I had bought this hoping it was going to work. It took me some time since the sensor was stuck into the axle but once I got it in. It had removed that abs code on my 2004 Honda accord. Drove it a 1k miles and hasn’t popped up yet

Got rid of my abs engine light code and hasn’t been back after replacing it.

    Fit perfectly, no issues.

I had an ABS fault code on my 2006 Acura TSX. I took it to a local car parts store that could read ABS codes for free. The code came back with a left front ABS sensor short. To make sure sure it was the left front sensor and nothing else, I swapped the left and right front ABS sensors and took the car back to the auto parts store. Sure enough the code was now the right ABS sensor had a short. On the way home, the left wheel cut the wire off right at the ABS sensor. I did my best to support the wires but since the ABS sensors were swapped from left to right, the wiring did not fit up very well. Now I had two bad front ABS sensors. The dealer wanted $180 for the left and $150 for the right. There was no way I was going to pay $330 for front ABS sensors for a 14 year old car. So, I started looking for alternatives. Looked on Amazon and could not believe the price of $32.48 for both front ABS sensors. The sensors were returnable as well. So at worst if they did not work, I could at least return them. Well to my surprise the $32.48 front ABS sensors were an exact fix to the OEM ones and they removed the ABS fault code. Highly recommend using these sensors. I was going to buy the one left front ABS sensor from the dealer since I have always believed OEM works best. But since the right sensor also got damaged, I was not going to spend $330 on two new ABS sensors. So having the right sensor break actually saved me almost $150. Though I was pretty upset with myself at the time. Changing out the ABS wheel sensors on my 2006 Acura TSX is pretty easy. From now on, I will always shop at Amazon for car parts. This was an incredible find and I can’t believe the dealer mark up on these ABS sensors. It doesn’t matter where the OEM sensors are made at, the OEM ABS sensors should not cost over ten times than the these sensors from Amazon. I always knew the dealerships prices were inflated but this is ridiculous.

    Working just fine

ABS light turned off immediately, I didn’t have to reset it with my scanner. Local auto parts stores charge $45-$60 for the same sensor. This sensor fits perfectly. The older sensor would not come out by hand, I had to disassemble the front end to drill it out. I bought a sensor from the local auto parts store and the tip was too big which makes me wonder if the older sensor was forcefully installed. I have a two post lift and ten tool boxes of tools so I’m prepared for just about anything. If you’re thinking “oh this is going to be easy” you may want to see if your old sensor will come out by hand first before tackling this repair.

TIPS FOR DISASSEMBLY: Remove upper ball joint, CV axle nut, brake caliper and rotor, then pull the CV axle out. Drill a small hole in the middle of the sensor. Use a small punch to knock out the plastic housing. Clean all debris with an air gun before assembly. Buy a new CV axle nut and cotter pin for upper ball joint.

Perfect fit great price worked exactly as it should have

  10. Robert

Fitted perfect on our Honda accord 2003. Had to drill out the old one as it was seized in the hole. I used lithium grease for installation so it should not seize up. Hopefully never have to replace it again.
