Part itself looks like a carbon copy of the original, but I’m still getting errors. I’m confident I replaced the correct position, as the original had come loose and worn through into the wire itself.
An additional note: the push mount zip ties are oversized for my car. There was zero chance they would push in.

This solved all my errors issue with my 2018 M3. Somehow the original cable came loose and rubbed against the tire and failed. This replacement worked great except the plastic plugs were too big and I needed to shave them down with a utility knife.

This worked to replace the worn-through stock wheel speed sensor on my 2020 model 3P. It required some additional/alternate wire tires that were not included to mount it properly along the suspension arms. A Tesla service adviser told me that I would be unable to complete the installation myself as a new sensor also requires a “firmware update”. That was untrue. It was totally plug and play. All error codes vanished immediately and all features returned immediately and functioned as intended.

I hit a flat tire on freeway and damaged my ABS speed sensor on the front passenger side. Everything on the M3 are disabled including ABS system, regenerate brakes, tire pressure monitor, auto brake, ….unplug the original sensor (very easy), plug in this one, drive for 20 seconds at least 30 mph. Everything is back to normal. Happy camper.
Remove one star, fastener clips won’t fix in M3, may be designed for Y? Need to cut them smaller to fix in. Not big deal since they are plastic

This product does not fit my 2019 Tesla Model 3 without extensive and time consuming modifications. All the fasteners are too big to fit into the provided holes on the car, and are obviously different from the stock part. Although the electrical connector and wheel speed sensor itself fits into their respective holes, I have to carry over most of the fasteners from the broken part to the new part and just cut off the brand new fasteners provided. It’s as if they never even checked to install the part on the Model 3, even though Amazon said the part will fit the car. Definitely would not recommend. Is definitely not a plug and play part. I did get the part installed after bloodying my fingers, and the wheel speed sensor problem still exists, so it may be a short further up the harness.
