I broke the original sensor during an install of rear bearings. The dash lit up like a Christmas tree – ABS, TRACTION, UPHILL START ASSIST – yellow lights all over the place. The cost from a Subaru dealership was outrageous (MSRP is just over $200!!!!!) so I shopped around some. I might have gotten it cheaper somewhere OTHER than Amazon but Amazon delivery time fit my time schedule for when I wanted to get it done. This was an EXACT fit. The electrical connector and all of the mounting pieces were exactly like the OEM original. Now the dash warning lights are off like they should be and the wife is happy again. That’s the most important part!!!

Faulty or damaged part. Immediately failed. Bought two, for this possibility and neither functioned as needed.
To add insult to injury, we missed return window. Now I have two broken parts (and a charge for twice as much as listed price—still not sure how that worked) and no chance at a refund.
Will not be a repeat customer.

There was an error code on my Subaru Forester related to ABS and after installing these it vanished.

Damaged the original ABS sensor when replacing the hub assembly. This one was quite a bit less expensive than the part from Subaru, I was a bit concerned. Upon installation I saw that it was OEM fit for the 2017 Subaru Forester, the body plugs and grommets line up exactly as the OEM part did. Warning lights concerning ABS/traction control/hill decent were all extinguished on vehicle start-up. Time will tell how long it lasts, 5-star review for now.

Fixed the abs, cruise and hill assist error. So far works for my 2018 Forester. Will update if issues come up. Works at fraction of the cost.

So I am a fully trained subaru tech and that means I’ve replaced many of these sensors(not specifically this brand) and Ive seen the variation in quality from different manufacturers. I usually recommend OEM because of known quality. But I was also in a hurry and I liked the price. It fit perfectly and all the mounting clips and grommet were in the right spots and connector looked of good quality. I’ve put several thousand miles on it so far and have had 0 issues.

This fit perfectly, it worked flawlessly, and was significantly cheaper than the ones at the local parts store. The one at the parts store was 155 dollars and I thought that Subaru must be awfully proud of it. This was a great value.

Used on a 2016 Subaru Forester. Easy to change out. Watched a video on youtube that shows you how to change out and good as new. Cheaper than a factory part but work just as good. Back story: replaced the wheel bearing on the rear because they get noisy and go bad. If you don’t pull this sensor out it will break on the way out. After the snap this needs to get replaced. The sensor gave an error code and made the cruise stop working. After this part is installed all is well!!

AutoZone wanted nearly $200 for this part, that’s basically 90 cents worth of wire and plastic. So I took a chance on the $20 version here and it worked (and fit) perfectly! The only ‘gotcha’ is that for my car (2013 Forester), the placement of the cable holds didn’t match up at all. It seems like it was meant for a Crosstrek, based on other reviews. However, no biggie, I got creative with the clips and mounts from the new cable and the old and got it attached pretty well. Took a little extra time to get it “right”. There was some excess cable that I zip-tied up to keep it out of the way. A little worried about longevity on that setup, but for $20 I was willing to take the chance.
