Step one: unplug old sensor.
If old one is broke off flush try torching a slightly smaller screw to cherry red and screwing that in deep, then prying on the screw head. This was my final attempt before disassembling and worked for me.
I say step 1 is important here because you will 100% be shorting the sensor and ABS and VSA dash lights will appear and take a good bit of money or research to get rid of. …I know
Sensor is working fine on my 2004 TL. A little work to reform the wire guid metal but no problem. Might try a little anti seize at the sensor for the next time.
